Our annual sponsorships coincide with the SoCal HIMSS fiscal year (ending June 30th).

Sponsor Levels*

Elite - At $3,000 a year, gain significant market exposure, position key products and access your key regional leaders. This sponsorship level indicates your commitment to our So Cal HIMSS organization throughout the year. You receive special recognition at each of the 4 Core Programs and you will have the opportunity to introduce a speaker at one core program of your choice (managed on a first come first serve basis). By underwriting our events and keeping member costs low you will be provided special recognition on our So Cal HIMSS website with your company logo, website and a description of services all year, and up to four (4) complimentary registrations at each core program. Additionally we will post your logo on the back of the program agenda at each core program (if applicable) and display it on a PowerPoint along with our other sponsors at the beginning of each meeting. You will also be provided both a vendor table and an opportunity to address our members and to introduce your company’s solutions and products. Elite sponsors will also have the opportunity to contribute a 500 word write-up to our Quarterly Newsletter “Sponsor Corner”.

Premier– At $2,000 a year, you receive special recognition at (2) core programs of your choice and you will have the opportunity to introduce a speaker at core program of your choice (managed on a first come first serve basis). By underwriting our events and keeping member costs low you will be provided special recognition on our So Cal HIMSS website with your company logo and a description of services all year, and up to three (3) complimentary registrations at (2) core programs of your choice.  Additionally we will post your logo on the back of the program agenda (if applicable) at each selected core program and display it on a PowerPoint along with our other sponsors at the beginning of each selected meeting. You will also be provided a vendor table at (2) core programs of your choice.

Event –At $1,000 per program, this sponsorship provides up to two (2) complimentary registrations for the core program, your company logo and service description from the point of commitment to sponsorship until after the program and recognition at the program. This sponsorship level allows your company to target specific programs that relate most closely to your products or services. You will also be provided a vendor table and opportunity to introduce a speaker at the event you’re sponsoring. Many of our sponsors see this as an opportunity to host their clients and target programs that relate to their products and or services.

Webinar –At $2,000 per program, this sponsorship provides the unique opportunity to deliver a 30-minute webinar presentation to So Cal HIMSS targeted audience. Sponsor logo will be included in targeted push and on all promotional materials. Additionally, sponsor logo will be placed on our chapter website; individuals who access this content must provide name, title, affiliation. This information will be provided to sponsor. Sponsor will be thanked by moderator at the beginning and end of the webinar and logo will be included on the first and last slide of the PowerPoint. This sponsorship level allows your company to target specific programs that relate most closely to your products or services.
